2. Scope of Services & Intellectual Property

Educational Services: We provide online, offline, and hybrid coaching, mentorship, skill development, career guidance, and test series for students and aspirants.
Proprietary Content: All materials provided through our platform—including videos, live class recordings, PDFs, study notes, software code, test papers, graphics, and logos—are the exclusive intellectual property of Aadhar (The) Mentorship LLP or its licensors.
Strict Prohibition on Redistribution: Content is licensed for your personal educational use only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, selling, sharing login credentials, or publicly broadcasting any course materials without prior written consent from the Company. Any violation will result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

3. Payments, Fees, and Transactions

Pricing: All course fees and pricing are listed on our platform in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Gateway: We use secure third-party payment gateways (including Cashfree) to process online payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Taxes & Surcharges: Users are responsible for any bank transaction charges or applicable taxes associated with their payment method.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or disruptive technologies.
Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate against our instructors, staff, or fellow students.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the security of our website, apps, or learning management systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

Educational Outcomes: While we provide expert coaching, guidance, and mentorship to aid exam preparation and skill building, Aadhar (The) Mentorship LLP does not guarantee specific selection, exam scores, or career outcomes, as success depends entirely on individual student effort and performance.
Service Interruptions: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our online portal. We shall not be held liable for temporary technical outages, internet connectivity issues, or server downtimes beyond our reasonable control.
Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Aadhar (The) Mentorship LLP for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us for the specific course or service in question.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
